First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study compares three approaches to reduce menstrual pain in women aged 18-25 with primary dysmenorrhea: exercise alone, exercise plus motor imagery (mentally practicing movements), and exercise plus pain neuroscience education. Over 8 weeks, 51 participants will attend supervised sessions and report pain levels. The goal is to find which combination works best for pain and overall well-being.
