First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 30, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study looks at whether adding a physical activity education program to adapted exercise helps people with mild memory or thinking problems more than exercise alone. Thirty-four participants will be followed for six months to measure changes in activity level, thinking skills, and quality of life. The goal is to see if learning about exercise makes a difference in staying active and maintaining brain function.
