Summary
This study looks at whether different amounts of aerobic exercise can help people with gastrointestinal cancer tolerate chemotherapy better. Researchers want to find a safe and practical exercise level that reduces side effects and helps patients complete their full treatment plan. About 216 adults with colorectal or stomach/esophageal cancer will take part.
