First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated Jun 19, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study tests whether taking creatine supplements alongside a 12-week virtual exercise program helps breast cancer survivors improve strength, endurance, and body composition more than exercise alone. Sixty women who finished chemotherapy within the last 6 months will participate. The goal is to see if creatine can speed up recovery from the muscle weakness caused by cancer treatment.
