NCT ID NCT06975501

First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether regular exercise and cognitive training, alone or together, can improve physical and mental function in adults aged 60+ who have had a stroke and also have high blood pressure or diabetes. Over 400 participants from five Chinese cities will take part in 12 months of training followed by 12 months of follow-up. The goal is to see if these simple, community-based activities can help older adults stay independent and manage multiple health conditions.
