Summary

This study explored whether a single session of exercise could improve how the brain responds to insulin in middle-aged and older adults. Researchers enrolled 16 participants aged 40-80 who were overweight and not regularly active. They measured brain blood flow and cognitive function to understand if exercise might help protect brain health and lower dementia risk.
