NCT ID NCT07181044
First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 26, 2026
Summary
This study looked at how regular exercise changes certain blood markers linked to oxidative stress in healthy young women aged 18-25. Researchers compared 15 women who exercised at least three times a week for a year with 15 women who did not exercise regularly. They measured two substances in the blood that indicate how well the body handles oxidative stress. The goal was to understand exercise's effects on the body's antioxidant defenses.
