First seen Aug 06, 2026 · Last updated Aug 07, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This trial tests whether a daily supplement called NVTIA® ergothioneine can improve markers of healthy aging and skin health in healthy adults aged 35 to 55. Over 12 weeks, half the participants will take the supplement and half will take a placebo, with neither group knowing which they receive. Researchers will measure oxidative stress, skin elasticity, hydration, and inflammation to see if the supplement offers any benefits.
