Summary

This study looks at whether different types of exercise—like cardio, strength training, or a mix—can help people with Parkinson's disease sleep better. Researchers will track sleep quality and brain activity during sleep in 150 participants over 12 weeks. The goal is to find which exercise works best and if better sleep also improves daily life.
