Summary

This study will test if a 12-week exercise program can help people with multiple sclerosis (MS) by improving brain structure and function. Researchers will measure changes in a brain protein called GFAP, brain volume, and physical abilities like walking and thinking. The study involves 30 adults with mild-to-moderate MS who will be randomly assigned to either an exercise group or a control group.
