First seen Apr 12, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a 12-week exercise program can help people with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (MS) by reducing nerve damage and preserving brain volume. Researchers will measure a blood marker called neurofilament light chain and use MRI scans to see changes. The trial involves 26 participants with mild-to-moderate disability who will be randomly assigned to either an exercise group or a control group.
