Summary
This study looked at how a 12-week exercise program affects body composition and metabolism in women who had sleeve gastrectomy surgery at least 3 months earlier. Twenty women participated, doing either aerobic exercise alone or a mix of aerobic and strength training. The goal was to see which type of exercise better improves muscle mass, metabolism, and blood sugar control after surgery.
