First seen Mar 27, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a structured, supervised exercise program is safe and doable for people who have had radiation for painful bone metastases (cancer that spread to bones, but not the spine). About 20 adults with good mobility and a life expectancy of at least 6 months will take part. The goal is to see if adding exercise can improve pain, function, and quality of life without causing harm.
