Summary
This study tests whether a supervised exercise program after bariatric surgery helps patients maintain muscle mass and bone density. Researchers will compare two groups of 54 adults who had gastric bypass or sleeve surgery: one group will follow a structured exercise plan, the other will not. The goal is to see if exercise can prevent muscle loss and keep bones strong after major weight loss.
