NCT ID NCT07178561
First seen Jun 26, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 26, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether adding a daily physical activity program to a structured exercise routine can reduce disability and improve mental health in people aged 60 and older with chronic low back pain. One hundred participants will be split into three groups: exercise plus activity, exercise only, or usual care. The goal is to see if combining both approaches leads to better physical function, less anxiety and depression, and improved sleep.
