First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether a custom mouthpiece called EVO can safely treat severe obstructive sleep apnea. About 49 adults with severe sleep apnea will use the device, which moves the jaw forward to keep the airway open. The goal is to see if it reduces breathing pauses by at least half and keeps them below a safe level after 6 months.
