New registry aims to improve care for pulmonary hypertension crises

Summary

This study will follow 200 adults with pulmonary arterial hypertension who experience a sudden worsening of right heart failure. Researchers across Europe will collect medical data to see how many patients survive or need a lung transplant within 3 and 12 months. The goal is to identify factors that lead to better outcomes and reduce differences in care between countries.
