New nasal spray could help those with stubborn depression

Summary
This study tests esketamine nasal spray in 47 Korean adults with treatment-resistant depression (depression that hasn't improved with other treatments). Participants will use the spray themselves twice a week for 4 weeks. The main goal is to see if depressive symptoms improve, measured by a standard depression scale.
