Summary

This study tested whether Eschscholzia tablets, an herbal product, can improve sleep quality in adults with insomnia. About 100 participants took either the herbal tablet or a placebo daily for 4 weeks, and neither they nor the researchers knew who got which. The goal was to see if the tablets safely reduce insomnia symptoms and improve daytime function.
