First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study tests whether injecting a numbing medicine (bupivacaine) near the spine can reduce pain and the need for opioid painkillers after lung surgery. Researchers will track pain scores and medication use in 70 adults undergoing lung tumor removal. The goal is to find a safer, more effective way to manage post-surgical pain.
