New study aims to predict survival in respiratory care units

Summary
This study will collect data from 624 patients in respiratory intermediate care units (RICUs) across Catalonia to build a model that predicts 30-day survival. Researchers will also test an artificial intelligence approach and create a quick app for doctors. The goal is to better understand which patients benefit most from RICU care.
