Summary
This study tests whether a single nerve block injection (erector spinae plane block) can reduce persistent back pain in people with ankylosing spondylitis whose disease activity is already controlled by medication. Fifteen adults aged 18–65 will receive the injection and be monitored for pain and mobility changes. It is an early, small trial without a placebo group.
