Summary

This trial tests whether adding breathing exercises to standard physiotherapy improves lung function, pain, and quality of life in people with thoracic discopathy, a condition affecting the upper spine. Forty participants will be randomly assigned to receive either 15 sessions of classical physiotherapy (ultrasound, TENS, hot packs, and posture exercises) or the same program plus respiratory exercises.
