Bridging the screening gap: new program aims for fairer cancer detection
NCT ID NCT06401174
Summary
This study aims to increase colorectal cancer screening rates among Black and Hispanic patients by testing a support program called patient navigation. The program, which includes reminders for patients and doctors, will be rolled out across 15 primary care clinics. Researchers want to see if this approach helps more eligible people get screened and understand what helps or hinders these programs in real-world clinics.
