Summary
This study will examine genetic changes in colon polyps and nearby healthy tissue from 32 Korean patients to find markers that could help detect colorectal cancer earlier. Researchers will compare specific gene methylation levels in polyp tissue versus normal tissue and also analyze stool samples. The goal is to improve screening and personalize follow-up schedules for people at risk.
