NCT ID NCT07411950

First seen Feb 19, 2026 · Last updated May 11, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study tested a procedure called epiduroscopic adhesiolysis in 141 people with chronic back and leg pain. Half had prior back surgery that failed, and half had no surgery. The procedure uses a tiny camera to see inside the spine and gently break up scar tissue, which can relieve pain. The goal was to see if it works better in one group than the other, measuring pain, disability, and quality of life.
