Summary

This study tests a method to fine-tune electrical stimulation of the spinal cord in people with complete paralysis from the chest down. The goal is to help them regain voluntary leg movement and improve body functions like blood pressure control. Researchers will enroll 100 adults with stable spinal cord injuries to find the best stimulation settings.
