Summary

This study tests a program called Enhanced Friendship Bench, which combines problem-solving therapy with HIV support, for pregnant women in Malawi who have HIV and depression. Researchers want to see if it reduces depressive symptoms and helps women stay in HIV care. About 400 women will take part, and their progress will be tracked for 6 months after giving birth.
