Summary
This study tested a program called Care Coordination After Preterm Birth (CCAPB) to help mothers who had a preterm baby. The goal was to see if the program was acceptable and could reduce stress, improve health care use, and address issues like smoking and depression. 67 mothers with Medicaid insurance took part. The study focused on whether the program was well-received, not on curing a disease.
