First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study looks at whether adding five extra services—like peer support, digital outreach, and family therapy—to standard coordinated specialty care helps people with early psychosis stay in treatment longer. About 350 people starting care at six clinics will be assigned to either standard care or the enhanced version. Researchers will compare how many clinic visits each group has over one year.
