Summary
This study compares three surgical treatments for endometriomas (ovarian cysts from endometriosis) in women aged 18-43 who want to become pregnant. Participants are randomly assigned to cystectomy, plasma vaporization, or sclerotherapy. The main goal is to see how many women get pregnant within 24 months after surgery, and also track birth rates, cyst return, pain changes, and complications.
