Summary

This study tests a daily pill called enasidenib for people with rare cancers of the nasal cavity or skull base that have a specific IDH2 gene mutation. The drug aims to slow or stop tumor growth in cancers that have spread or come back after other treatments. About 40 adults with these advanced cancers will take the drug in 28-day cycles to see if it helps control the disease.
