Summary
This phase 2 trial is testing a combination of three drugs—cabozantinib, nivolumab, and ipilimumab—in 17 people with advanced neuroendocrine cancer that has spread. The goal is to see if the combination can shrink tumors or stop them from growing. Cabozantinib blocks enzymes that help cancer cells grow, while nivolumab and ipilimumab boost the immune system to attack the cancer.
