This study tests whether adding a vaccine called SurVaxM to the chemotherapy drug temozolomide can help control advanced neuroendocrine tumors that are growing. About 60 adults with these rare cancers will receive either the combination or chemo alone. The goal is to see if the vaccine boosts the immune system to fight cancer cells and slow tumor growth.
