Summary
This completed study looked at how emotional skills affect the way young women (45 or younger) with non-metastatic breast cancer and their partners adjust to the disease. 391 couples filled out questionnaires at several points during treatment, from before chemotherapy to after radiotherapy or hormone therapy. The goal was to understand how emotions influence each person's experience and the couple's relationship.
