NCT ID NCT07001371
Summary
This study is testing whether Emotional Brain Training (EBT), a method that teaches skills to shift from negative to positive emotional states, can help people in addiction recovery. Researchers will compare standard addiction treatment alone to standard treatment plus 8 weeks of EBT sessions delivered by phone. The goal is to see if EBT reduces stress, anxiety, and cravings for various substances including opioids, alcohol, and stimulants.
