Summary
This pilot study tests whether Emotional Brain Training (EBT), a method that teaches skills to shift mood from negative to positive, can help manage stress, anxiety, and cravings in adults being treated for substance use disorders. About 54 participants will either receive standard care alone or standard care plus weekly EBT group sessions by phone for 8 weeks. Researchers will compare changes in stress, anxiety, and cravings between the two groups.
