Summary

This trial tests whether a brief online group therapy called EMDR Flash can help adults who survived the 2023 Kahramanmaraş earthquakes in Türkiye. Participants receive two 60-90 minute group sessions via Zoom and are compared to a waitlist group. The study measures changes in PTSD, anxiety, and depression symptoms three months later.
