Summary
This study tests an experimental drug, imlunestrant, in people with advanced or metastatic breast cancer that is estrogen-receptor positive (ER+), as well as certain other cancers like endometrial cancer. The drug is given alone or combined with other anticancer therapies. The main goals are to check safety, find the right dose, and see how the body processes the drug.
