Summary

This study tests a new daily pill called elecoglipron in adults with type 2 diabetes and reduced kidney function. Participants also take dapagliflozin, a standard diabetes medicine. The goal is to see if elecoglipron improves blood sugar control, body weight, and blood pressure compared to a placebo. About 900 people will take part.
