Summary

This study tested an internet-based insomnia treatment program in 1,554 adult survivors of childhood cancer. The goal was to see if the program could improve sleep, thinking skills, and quality of life. Participants used an online cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBTi) program over about 10 weeks.
