Summary

This study looks at whether rinsing with a green tea extract (EGCG) during a tooth-saving procedure (pulpotomy) can lower pain and improve success rates in adults with severe tooth decay. 64 participants with deep cavities will receive one of two rinses and one of two filling materials. Pain is checked at 24, 48, and 72 hours, and success is tracked for up to a year.
