Summary
This study tests a technique called Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), or tapping, for smokers who have failed standard stop-smoking programs. Researchers want to see if EFT can help reduce cravings and anxiety, making it easier to quit. The study involves 40 participants and will track quit rates and symptoms for up to a year.
