Summary

This study will test a new medical device kit (Novalung ultimate kit with Xenios 2.0) in 20 adult patients with severe heart-lung failure who need ECMO life support. The goal is to see if the device safely and effectively maintains blood oxygen levels during hospital use and ground transport. The study is observational, meaning no new treatments are given—just careful monitoring of the device's performance.
