This study is testing an experimental mRNA vaccine called mRNA-1189 to see if it can safely prevent Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) infection in healthy people aged 10 to 30. EBV is a common virus that can cause mononucleosis and has been linked to some cancers. The vaccine is given as a shot, and researchers will monitor side effects and measure the body's immune response. About 867 participants will take part in this early-stage trial.
