Summary
This study tests an experimental mRNA vaccine (mRNA-1189) designed to prevent Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) infection in healthy people aged 10 to 30. Researchers are checking if the vaccine is safe and triggers a strong immune response. About 867 participants will receive either the vaccine or a placebo to compare results.
