First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether starting gentle shoulder exercises soon after rotator cuff repair leads to better recovery than waiting six weeks. About 86 adults who have surgery for a torn rotator cuff will be randomly assigned to either early or delayed rehabilitation. Researchers will measure pain, shoulder function, and quality of life over 12 months to find the best approach.
