Summary

This early-stage study tests a new medicine called SAR448501/DR-0201 in people with lupus or rheumatoid arthritis. The goal is to find the best dose and check if it is safe. About 62 adults will take part, and the study lasts about 13 months, with extra monitoring until immune cells recover.
