First seen Feb 21, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study looks at whether giving fluids and a blood-pressure-raising medicine (norepinephrine) early can prevent acute kidney injury in adults with septic shock. About 100 participants will receive this combined treatment in the ICU or emergency room. The goal is to see if this approach helps maintain blood flow to the kidneys and reduces kidney damage.
