First seen Feb 21, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study looks at whether starting daily activities early after a wrist fracture (while in a cast) helps people recover better. About 64 adults with a broken wrist will be split into two groups: one gets tips on doing daily tasks safely, the other only gets standard cast care. Researchers will check hand function, pain, and movement over 3 months to see which group does better.
