NCT ID NCT06517342

First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 26, 2026

Summary

This study looks at what motivates or prevents people with chronic low back pain from using a health app to stay physically active. Researchers will interview 25 patients to understand their needs and expectations. The goal is to learn how to design better digital tools that help maintain the benefits of in-person rehabilitation.

What this could mean

Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.

What this could lead to

If successful, this could point toward better ways to help people with chronic low back pain stay active after rehabilitation, using a smartphone app.

What could go wrong

This is a very small, early-stage study (25 people) that only gathers opinions, not proof that the app works. The findings may not apply to everyone.
