Summary
This study follows 600 people with hip or knee osteoarthritis for one year to understand how their symptoms and daily life change over time. Participants fill out online surveys every two weeks and try different self-care programs focused on physical activity, weight, or sleep. The goal is to build computer models that can predict the best advice for each person at the right time, helping them manage their condition on their own.
